Free Notary for Veterans, Active Duty, and First Responders

If you are a veteran, spouse, or child of a veteran, we would like to thank you by offering free notary public services.
We’re happy to offer Free Notary Public Services to our clients. It would also be our honor to offer free Notary services to the following:
- Service Members (Active, Retired, Honorably Discharged), Including National Guard and Reserves
- Police (Active, Retired)
- Fire (Active, Retired)
An appointment is required; the same day is possible.
When it is time for your appointment, please bring the following:
- Your valid State Issued Photo ID
- The document(s) you need notarized
- A Witness (if required by the document) * Avenue Insurance Planners cannot provide witnesses
We are not able to notarize the following documents:
- Handwritten Letters
- Copies of documents
- Documents were drawn up outside the United States
- Documents requiring a Medallion Signature Guarantee
We will provide a Florida State commissioned, background checked, and bonded notary public to notarize your documents. Examples of documents we can notarize are:
